Conductivity of 0.6 W/m-K. Applications requiring thin bonding with good thermal transfer for heatsinks; CPU, flex circuit, and power transformer bonding to heat sinks and other cooling devices. The specialized chemistry of 3M tapes 8805, 8810, 8815 and 8820 renders them modestly soft and able to wet to many surfaces, allowing them to conform well to non-flat substrates, provide high adhesion with your heat sink, and act as a good thermal interface. This makes it much easier to work with than thermal paste/grease. This is not recommended for those who are "overclocking." You may want to try our thermal pad.
