Free shipping & Handling within the continental USA (lower 48) for orders over $35.
Free shipping only available within the 48 contiguous United States.
iTapeStore ships UPS or USPS at our discrection on free shipping orders.
A $8.99 handling fee will be added for all orders under $35 without exception.
Terms are F.O.B. point of shipment.
Customer may provide FedEx or UPS account number - handling fees still apply

All international orders under $300 will be charged a $25 document fee which is added at check out. iTapeStore will email you a final shipping cost for your approval before we charge your credit card.
Customers may also supply a UPS or FedEx account numner. $25 document fee still applies
Please note: Customers are fully responsible for fees due for customs or taxes.

Standard lead time after acknowledgment of order, 2 Business Days for items in stock. Made to order items delivered in specified leas times.

| RETURNS:

All returns must have iTapeStore's authorization. Please call us before returning anything.
Standard products may be returned with a 15% or $ 25.00, whichever is greater, minimum restocking charge per product. Buyer must pay all freight charges. For credit to be issued, product must be unused in salable condition and iTapeStore reserves the right to determine salability.
No returns will be accepted on:
Custom ordered material
'Cut to Length' products
Coins
Strips
Limitied Quantity Deals.
