iTapeStore.com Terms and Conditions With Free Shipping Offer Details
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit cards are accepted as forms of payment. There is no surcharge for using a credit card to make purchases.
- Credit cards will be charged in full at the time of order placement.
- The exact billing address, telephone number and business name on file with the credit card bank must be provided. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
- Standard lead time to ship after acknowledgment of order is typically up to 2 working days for products in stock.
- Materials with special packaging requirements or customized may take more than 2 working days.
- We will do our best to ship same day, expedited UPS/FedEx order requests if placed before 2:30pm EST but we do not guarantee it.
- Made to order, custom cut, special order and non-stocked products have varying lead times depending on the item, scheduling and may not be available for expedited shipping.
- Orders may be sent in separate, partial shipments at the discretion of iTapeStore.com and dependent on product availability.
We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by product availability, production schedule or shipping. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping and lead times.
Domestic Orders including Free Shipping Offer Details
- Free shipping* offer within the contiguous USA (lower 48 states) for orders subtotaling $50.00 and over (*exception PORON full log roll customer is responsible for all shipping costs and prepays all shipping costs).
- No $14.99 shipping/handling charge for orders subtotaling $50.00 and more.
- Customer may provide UPS or FedEx account number at check out – the $14.99 handling fee still apply for orders that subtotal under $50.00.
- TapeStore.com ships USPS 1st class or UPS ground services on qualified orders interested in the free shipping offer and the shipping services are selected at iTapeStore.com’s discretion.
- All shipping costs on expedited order requests will be billed to the customer’s shipping account, which can be entered in comments at check out.
- Standard order terms** are F.O.B. point of shipment (**Terms exception is for PORON full log roll that is EXW - iTapeStore.com, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076).
- iTapeStore.com allows for 3rd party shipping arrangements at our discretion to be made through the customer with other shipping and courier services not listed. Please contact us for any special arrangements.
- Custom quoted and/or large volume orders may not include shipping costs.
International, Alaska and Hawaii Orders
- iTapeStore.com will email final shipping cost options for approval before customer’s credit card is charged.
- Customers may provide a UPS, FedEx or DHL account number in ‘Comments’ or emailed separately to pay for shipping charges at check out
- $18.99 handling fee for each Alaska and Hawaii order and $24.99 handling fee for each International order, which does not include shipping
- Customers are fully responsible for all shipping fees due, including for customs, duties, taxes, etc. No exceptions.
Unless a Sales Tax-Exempt Certification is accepted prior to entering any order, our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where iTapeStore.com holds a presence. A fee will be charged to refund sales tax after the order is entered. For orders shipped to other areas, the customer is solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
Order Acceptance Policy
The receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of the order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. iTapeStore.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of an order to accept or decline the order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item. Customer will be refunded for items not sent.
These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions the customer includes with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. iTapeStore.com reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.
Certificate of Conformance Requests
- iTapeStore.com Certificate of Conformance or Manufacturer Certificate of Conformance are available when requested at order placement on full rolls and cases. In the order comments add ‘iTapeStore C of C’ or ‘Manufacturer C of C’.**
- iTapeStore.com Certificates of Conformance with a 1 year shelf-life are available when requested at order placement on made-to-order, cut parts. In the comments add ‘iTapeStore C of C with shelf life’.***
*** Requests made after order placement, Certificates of Conformance may not be available, may take time to research and may be subject to an administrative fee.
- Manufacturer Certificate of Conformance ‘requests with specific shelf-life requirements’ are reasonable exceptions to our website offers, which we may or may not be able to provide, may require custom pricing, and may charge an administrative fee up to $35. Please contact us with your requirements before ordering at sales@iTapeStore.com for review.

Multiple Product Orders
iTapeStore.com policy is to ship all items contained in a single order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available.
Full rolls as well as cut to length tapes and fasteners may have splices as the full rolls of tapes and fasteners are supplied by the manufacturers with splices.
Cut to length tapes and fasteners if less than a full roll are supplied in a single roll. Multiple cut to length rolls or strips would require a price quotation due to the additional labor. Just forward the product, dimensions and quantity to sales@iTapeStore.com to get pricing.
We will ship a product as it becomes available. Usually, orders with standard, stocked products ship within 2 business days, however, there may be times when the product ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling the order. We will keep you informed of any products ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. Cancellation requests must be emailed for our consideration.
Return requests must be made by email to sales@iTapeStore.com within 30 days of receipt of product(s). All returns require pre-authorization from iTapeStore.com. Products must be unused and in salable condition. There is a minimum $25.00 or 25% restocking fee (whichever is greater) on the standard, uncut returned products. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of approved returns. Returns of product that is defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship or returns due to fulfillment errors also require pre-authorization. After pre-authorization, you will receive by email a unique Returned Merchandise Authorization code (RMA code) and shipping instructions to continue processing.
Returns will not be accepted on:
- Special ordered materials and quantities***
- Any length that is less than a full roll
- Strips (mated or single)
- Limited Quantity Deals
Returns must be received within 30 days of authorization.
***Please note large orders over $500 may be considered a special order – call prior to ordering for clarification.
