3M™ VHB™ Tape 4950 is a white, 0.045 in (1.1 mm) double sided tape with a general-purpose adhesive suitable for most surfaces. It has a firm foam core that provides greater thickness and strength, compared to other 3M™ VHB™ products, for maximum performance. The extra thickness of the 4950 double-sided foam tape enhances its ability to reduce vibration, noise and shock. Because this tape resists moisture, is also provides a protective seal between surfaces. The fast and easy to use permanent bonding method provides high strength and long-term durability that can replace rivets, welds and screws or messier liquid adhesives. It offers design flexibility with its viscoelasticity and powerful ability to bond to a variety of surfaces.

Extra-strength 4950 double-sided foam tape is available in 36-yard rolls in widths of 0.5 inches. 0.75 inches and 1 inch.  Contact us for pricing cases of other widths and lead time.
